Jeff Banks and Debenhams join forces to find York's most fashionable dresser!

Visitors to this year's York Ebor Races will have even more reason to show off their fashionable attire, as Jeff Banks and Debenhams bring catwalk competition Fashion on the Field to the UK for the very first time.

Renowned Designer at Debenhams Jeff Banks, milliner Yvette Jelfs and Clothes Show Live creator June Barker are launching Fashion on the Field to find York's most stylish dresser.

Jeff Banks said: "Going to the races is one of the few events where both men and women can really dress up. Women especially love putting their outfits together and of course a hat is a must for the races! Racing events are a firm fixture in the fashion calendar and at Fashion on the Field our panel of Designers at Debenhams will be looking for the most stylish dresser."

The judging panel will consist of a number of different guest judges over the course of the four day event including top designers Ben de Lisi, Pearce Il Fionda, Matthew Williamson and Aliza Reger.

Each day there will be a heats winner who will receive £100 Debenhams vouchers and champagne, with each being invited back to the Grand Final on Saturday 20th August. The overall winner will walk away with an exclusive £500 shopping spree in Debenhams, YSL and Elemis goody bags, a photo-shoot in London with a top photographer, dinner at the Ivy, a pair of custom made Jimmy Choo shoes and a fabulous weekend break for two in Vienna courtesy of Harlequin Hotels and Resorts.
