Who Runs the World

The Lady Boys of Bangkok - Who Runs the World
Friday 13 - Saturday 28 October 2017
Millennium Square, Leeds, LS2 3AD
Hotter... Cheekier... funnier than ever – the country’s number one touring cabaret show – The Lady Boys of Bangkok – returns with a Bang in 2017 with its lavish new production – WHO RUNS THE WORLD!

Elections and referendums may come and go, but in the stakes for the best party night out in town, there’s no doubt where the popular vote goes. WHO RUNS THE WORLD! is not a political question – it’s a positive celebration of the fair sex performed by 16 of Thailand’s most alluring and stunning Lady Boys at the unique specially-created Sabai Pavilion. Here, the audience can escape the drab greyness of everyday life and luxuriate in a colourful euphoric bubble of laughter, beauty, glitz and music.

The entertainment never lets up as the attractive seductiveness of Hollywood and the stylish glitz of Las Vegas meet the great traditions of classic British music hall. With more songs and big-scale musical production numbers than you could pout a painted lip at, the Lady Boys pay tribute to a host of stars ranging from Beyoncé, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Boy George, Pitbull, Tom Jones, Queen Latifah – the list goes on and on.

The Lady Boys of Bangkok is a cabaret like no other cabaret performed by gorgeous showgirls like no other showgirls – they are all MALE Thai nationals... apart from Trevor. He comes from Oldham and is known to audiences up and down the country as ‘the little guy’.

The Sabai Pavilion provides a spacious yet intimate cabaret venue like no other. Step into the foyer and you step into a tiny part of Bangkok, the air is charged with excitement of anticipation and filled with the aromas of freshly prepared Thai cuisine. There are also two well-stocked bars to keep the party going. You can purchase meals when booking tickets and if you're organising an office night out, or you’re a Maid of Honour sorting out the Bride's send off, be sure to have a look at the discounts and offers we have for groups and Hen Parties.

So, what are you waiting for? Book now for a night you’ll never forget with the Lady Boys of Bangkok as they flirt, tease and tempt! Laugh, enjoy and sing your heart out... like being at a party with hundreds of friends you’ve yet to meet... deliciously naughty... risqué but never risky... a show that you hope won’t reach an end.... no one leaves without a smile on their face and a song in their heart. With special opening night discounts, 2-for-1 nights, there is no excuse to miss out on the party!

The party like no other party with girls like no other girls – a night like no other night!
