Fossgate Festival 2019

Fossgate Festival is a unique way to experience York city life and enjoy Fossgate’s family friendly, continental-style street atmosphere. Relax in one of the street’s cafes or bars, have fun with the kids, listen to some live music or get up and dance!
Fossgate is one of York’s oldest streets and is much loved by locals and visitors alike. Lined with independent shops, cafes and bars, and home to the beautiful Merchant Adventurers’ Hall, the street has bags of character and puts on a party like no other.
The festival runs from 12 noon to 7:30pm. Bars and restaurants will remain open later according to their usual opening hours. The street will be closed to vehicles and free reign will be given to pedestrians.
Artisan & Vintage Fair
Our Artisan and Vintage Fair will be making a return in the grounds of the Merchant Adventurers Hall between 12pm and 4pm.
