KUDOS Run Launch At GO Outdoors

Join much loved TV presenter Helen Skelton and local hero and Olympic Champion, Jonny Brownlee for a free running event at GO Outdoors, York. The pair will host a 1mile and 5K run leaving from the store and returning for complimentary refreshments, an intimate Q&A panel and spot prizes from the likes of Garmin and New balance.
The pair will discuss training tips, gear advice, the Brownlee Foundation and everything you need to know to enhance your running journey - no matter your ability.
As the designated charity partner, the Brownlee Foundation, started by Olympic icons and local Yorkshire heroes, Jonny and Alastair Brownlee, is dedicated to getting more children active across the UK. Hosting free triathlon events during school time and empowering young people with the opportunity to take part and be involved in sport, the Brownlee Foundation will receive a donation for every person who joins our club and walks, runs or jogs one mile. signs up logs a one mile walk, jog or run on the ‘Kudos Run Mile One’ Strava club. The more entries, the more money raised.
