It’s one of York’s best family-friendly attractions, and it’s back! The National Railway Museum
has just announced that it will be opening its doors again on 4th August 2020
(tickets will be bookable from 20th July). They’ve been busy behind the scenes to ensure a safe, clean visit for everyone.
To manage visitor numbers, they are introducing free, timed and guided routes around the museum to ensure that you have a relaxed visit and can maintain social distancing. To enter the museum you’ll need to book a ticket online in advance. When booking you’ll be able to add extras such as food or a Mallard Experience ticket. You won’t be able to get in without a ticket, so it pays to be organised!
