This Easter families can take part in 2 brand new, free Easter trails taking place in York City Centre and Haxby! There will be 15 egg sculptures for you to discover in each location, each with a unique design that tells the story of a local, independent business.
Discover: Eggsplore York and Discover: Eggsplore Haxby, featuring up to 15 handcrafted ceramic sculptures in each location, displayed in local shops and venues to encourage families to explore and support our high streets.
Haxby Carnival 2025

Haxby Town Council is pleased to announce that the carnival will return this year on Saturday the 12th of July 2025.
Liv music, City of York Pipe Band, stalls, craft beers, food stalls, fairground, miniature steam train and more.. Hosted by York Mix.
