Naburn Mini Olympics
With 10k Run & 18k Cycle Ride

The day starts at 10:00 with the 18k Naburn Cycle Ride on local roads, followed by the 10k run at 11:30. The run starts from Naburn Village Hall, and follows the York Solar System Trail to Neptune and back. Both morning events will be marshalled and timed, with prizes, perfect for everyone in training for their next big race or wanting to reach a PB. From 13:30, we will be hosting an afternoon of family fun, Olympic style events, at the Village Hall playing field, which will end with a colour run. Entrance is £5, which will allow you to take place in every event in the afternoon. Prizes will be awarded to all of the winners. Hot sandwiches will be served, along with cake, refreshments and a licensed bar will be open from 12:00. All funds raised will go towards St Matthews Church and Naburn C of E Primary. This event is perfect for everyone, whether you want to work on your PB in the morning or just enjoy the games in the afternoon. Everyone is welcome and we hope to see you there!
